We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Ambli Road, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations — not just in terms of comfort and amenities, but most importantly, through the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Akash at the front reception made our check-in process quick and seamless. His professional and friendly demeanor was the perfect welcome to the hotel. The restaurant team truly elevated our experience. A special mention to Bubblu, who impressed us with his incredible attention to detail. From the second day onward, he remembered our breakfast preferences, room number, and greeted us with a warm smile each morning.he even went into the kitchen personally to ensure our coffee was made just the way we like it — strong and perfectly brewed. Our omelettes were prepared daily exactly to our taste, low in salt and oil, thanks to Chef Akash, who remembered our request from day one.Another team member who truly touched our hearts was Pijus. Upon learning that we were in Ahmedabad to visit the hospital daily — as my brother-in-law was undergoing open heart surgery — he showed genuine empathy and care. He made sure we had a nourishing breakfast each morning and even packed fresh fruit for my brother-in-law. That simple, thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us during a difficult time.We also want to thank Addas, who consistently ensured our tea and coffee arrived quickly and as per our liking, making our mornings just a little bit brighter. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely cozy, and the room was quiet, allowing for restful sleep even during stressful While the facilities, food, and location were all top-notch, it was the people at DoubleTree Ambli Road who truly made our stay memorable.

I must say that in the beginning I faced some issues due to my credit card but after some discussions with Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Kapil from the Front Office, they helped me resolve the issue and allotted a room asap to me. Moreover, at the breakfast Mr. Akram was super friendly and very hospitable, he took special care of my daughter's needs and very well served us. A big thanks to all the people mentioned, you all made our stay quite memorable. To reiterate, the staff is amazingly good and hospitable which makes this property a must stay for all. Other than staff, rooms were super clean and with all facilities.

I'd like to thank Mr. Kapli at the front desk for his nice help in arranging the airport drop-off for me. When I finished my breakfast on the last day at the hotel, the hotel's personnel came to my table and surprised me with a "See you soon" cake, and we took photos together. It was one of my memorable moments during my first trip to India.

In the post-covid days whenever we used to travel to Ahmedabad we stayed at Double Tree, since it was also an isolation centre & hence it was offered at a discount. Their hospitality & the comfort has been so pleasing that even after their tariffs coming to regular levels, we don't mind spending extra money and prefer to stay here.

The hotel is nice, easily accessible, has a restaurant that can cater to western kids who aren't used to spices. The room was spacious even with an extra child bed. At the restaurant, there was a waitress named Gagandeep, a special thank you to her for being very helpful and playful with my child. It made a difference.
